Grade:     Residential Officer Grade D spine 23 to Grade E spine 33 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Salary:             £37,575 - £44,862 FTE per annum

Actual salary: £37,000 - £44,176 term time only (39 weeks), 40 hours per week with flexibility of day time, evening, and sleep-in duties

Oak Lodge School aims to:

Empower, inspire, encourage and challenge our young people to develop the knowledge, understanding, confidence and skills to become thinking, responsible citizens who can succeed in a changing world.

Our Phoenix House Residential Unit is an integral part of the offer we have available for up to seventeen young people aged 11 -19 years. Weekly boarders flourish in the warm family atmosphere and become responsible, confident and independent young people.

OFSTED rate - GOOD. Oak Lodge is looking for an exceptional person to step into the role of Head of Care. Said individual will have experience and skills we are looking for (see Person Specification) and an understanding of the needs of pupils with hearing, speech, language and communication challenges. If you meet the criteria, you will get to lead a team of dedicated and experienced staff.
