Grade Scale 4 Spine Point 7 – 10

40 Hours per week – (TTO 39 weeks pro rata)

Actual Salary £23,476.61 - £24,768.04

(Full Time Equivalent £24,705.00 - £26,064.00)

Fixed Term - 1 Year Initially

Phoenix House Residential Service forms an integral part of the school. We provide accommodation for a maximum of seventeen young people aged 11-19 years. 

Phoenix House is looking for a Waking Night Staff to provide support for students with a wide range of needs and communication methods. The students reside in Phoenix House for 1-4 nights a week.

We are looking for a Waking Night Staff who has good problem-solving skills, ability to communicate at all levels and ability to use your own initiative. Staff also needs to be creative, innovative and reliable. Staff must be able to work 10pm-8.30am. 30 minutes unpaid break are given each shift.
