We would like to welcome you to become part of our vibrant and innovative learning community, to have the opportunity to work in our happy and harmonious school that promotes the highest standards and is at the forefront of special education. Due to the nature of the personal care being provided, Section 7 (2) (a) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies.
Shift hours available are usually between the hours of 7am–8.45am and 3pm–10pm. There may be some sleep – in duties available. We are looking for a Casual Residential Worker who has excellent communication skills, with a good knowledge of D/deafness, communication difficulties, positive behaviour management and additional health and educational needs. Experience of personal care support is preferable.
